Animal classification

At school we are now learning about animals. They are all so different!
- Some animals have got a backbone or vertebral column. They are called VERTEBRATES.
- Some other animals haven't got a backbone. They are called INVERTEBRATES.

Are these animals vertebrates or invertabrates?
